The Heidelberg, aimed at medium and long runs with an internal CTP for the making of templates, uses special DY offset inks which are water-based. These are CMYK or Pantone base colours. They are certified inks, using plant pigmentation, without solvents or chemical additives
The internal CTP records on the already inserted plates and has the capacity to print at a speed of 3500 to 10000 frames / hour
The combination of specifications reinforce the final quality of the work


The Konica Minolta, uses toner with organic micro pigmentation and has no chemical additives. Mainly used for short runs and directed at a market segment that is less demanding on the quality of the print, where the printing of variable data is a great advantage


Our complete Horizon brand printing line for the printing of magazines is made up of two towers. This equipment collates and finalizes the print by stitching the wire, as well as bending and trimming the magazine at the end. This automates the production process of any magazine job.


In terms of finishings, we have a broad offer, highlighting the various types of hot lamination ranging from 8μ to 250μ, hot stamping in a number of colors including gold and silver, special cuts, high or low embossing, located or spread uv varnish, rounded corners, hot glued book spines, hard covers with or without creases, various types of folds, perforations and holes, as well as the application of spiral binding or double wired rings whichever is most suitable to your needs​
